I thought the message given by Ps Ivan was excellent as regarding "Honouring your Parents".
I was attracted to his contrast between what the Chinese character of "Filial Piety" and "Honour" are and why God used the word Honour and not Filial Piety.
I posted it at another site so you can read it there:

God bless you.
Greek: charis: the divine influence upon the heart, and its reflection in the life; including gratitude: - acceptable, benefit, favour, gift, gracious, joy liberality, pleasure, thanksworthy.

New book "Exposing Chinese Ancestor Worship"
Last week, I finally managed to publish my latest book entitled "Exposing Chinese Ancestor Worship".
You can view more about the book here:
www.exposingchineseancestorworship.blogspot.com
In the preparation of the book there were so many physical hindrances and mistakes occuring that were unimaginable. The publisher's editor met with an accident and broke his bones. When my draft copies were sent to them, they couldn't open them in the right order even though we were both using Microsoft Word! The text and paragraphs kept jumping about - strangely, without any reason. However after praying through and with a determination to see the project through, we manage to get it out in print.
I hope the book can be a blessing to many, and good testimonies are still coming in.
God bless all of you.
