Spears loses custody of children
Custody battle: Singer Britney Spears has been ordered to hand over her two young children to her former husband....The decision comes two weeks after the same judge said the pop star engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol"....
Britney Spears was brought up in a Christian home with godly Christian parents. Where did it go wrong? She was active in the church right from a very young age and especially in the music and song department. She had a golden voice that was dedicated to God and to His service.
Now she cannot even take care of her own two kids, with the judge describing her as an unsuitable adult to take care of even her own children. Britney is one of the more popular teenage idol of millions of youths including my own children. Many would die just to be near her and particularly in her concerts. She had charisma, vibrancy and dynamism which are powerful attractions for the young minds of today. She is also a trend setter and whether you like it or not, youths consider her as a role model for the next generation.
Where did all the Christian upbringing go to?
Is activity in the church enough to guarantee that a child will not go astray when they mature?
Do you think she really know God in her heart? Where did all the lessons and sermons go to when she was hearing them from the church pulpit?
If you are the judge, would you take away 2 beautiful children from their mom?
